Meet the Staff

Tina
As our office manager, I welcome all patients, first by phone and then at their initial appointments. I try to make everyone as relaxed and comfortable as possible by making certain that they are informed and prepared. Like many of the staff here, I also had orthodontic treatment, so I can relate to what our patients are going through. A beautiful smile is definitely worth it!
My husband, Sam, and I have three children, Angela, Stephanie, and Natalie. I enjoy being a mom, working out, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. I am also active with the Kiwanis and the Salvation Army.

Terri
Whether I am bringing patients into the office, working on them chairside, or taking their first diagnostic records, it’s important for me to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. Many first time patients are very nervous, and one of my jobs is to make them trust us and feel relaxed in our office so their experience is fun and relaxed. We have all been together as an office for such a long time that I consider them to be like my family. It is truly a pleasure to work here.
My husband, Ed, and I have two grown children, Joshua and Ashley, and a dog named Xena. I enjoy dancing, traveling as much as possible to sunny Florida, and spending time with my children, other family members, and friends.

Katie
After receiving orthodontic treatment at this office, I was lucky enough to be offered a job as an orthodontic assistant. That was more than 10 years ago and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Since a lot of my job consists of chairside assisting, I get a lot of one-on-one time with our patients. I really enjoy getting to know them and hearing all about their lives. There's a lot of laughter in our office and we love it when our patients show off their amazing smiles!
When I’m not in the office I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, and traveling when I can, preferably to tropical locations!

Carrie
I have been at this office for more than 20 years as an orthodontic assistant, but my initial visit was to get braces myself! Having children of my own, I feel that it is important that each child feels safe, comfortable and prepared for each visit. I am happy to welcome them and let them know what treatment step we will be taking at each visit. As for the adults, it is about reassuring them that the end result of orthodontics is worth the time the investment.
I am married to my husband, Bill, and we have five children named Cameron, Trevor, Shane, Casey and Zoey. I enjoy time with my family, and my children's activities have become part of my own hobbies. I also love working out and recently completed the Chicago Marathon!
